List of Supporting Documents

Determining eligibility relies heavily on supporting documents.  To efficiently review an applicant’s eligibility for financial assistance, he/she must carefully select the appropriate application type (NEW, ONGOING, or RETURNING) to effectively determine the types of documents needed for the review.  Selecting the wrong application type and Program Type will result in the delay of the processing of any awards.

Due to the ongoing global crises of the Corona Virus Pandemic, CSO will only accept emailed or mailed supporting documents for the entire academic year 2020-21 to further promote the safety of our applicants and our staff.  CSO is currently working on enabling the uploading of supporting documents function and capability on our portal.  You will be notified via portal and our noreply@cnmischolarship.net account when this function is ready.

Please email ONLY IN PDF FORMAT all supporting documents to awards@cnmischolarship.net.

Or mail via USPS to:

P.O. Box 5729 CHRB | Saipan, MP 96950 | TEL:  (670) 664-4750
