Deadlines

The CNMI Scholarship Office has established deadlines so that we may efficiently process applications, request and disburse awards, properly allocate funding per academic year, and meet the applicants' s terms.  Please visit our CSO Portal, create an account, complete the e-application, and click on the finalized button to submit your e-application.  If a completed application is not submitted, hence will not be valid.

The Student Portal will be open 60 days prior to the deadline for students to complete an e-application for the subsequent school year/term(s).  Access to the e-application will be disabled at midnight of the deadline.  The following are important deadlines to keep in mind:

e-Applications Deadlines

Open: May 1st - July 1st                                          Annual Deadline, this application will cover the entire academic year. 
Open: Oct. 1st - Dec. 15th                                      Mid-year Deadline, for students who missed the annual deadline.

Fall Semester/Quarter                                     September 30th
Spring Semester & Winter Quarter                February 28th
Spring Quarter                                                    April 1st

NOTE If you miss the deadline for the e-application, you will be denied financial aid and it is not appealable.
